Authentic Vine Corporation unites importing, consulting, and travel under one vision: connecting people and producers through authentic wine experiences.

Founded by Josefina Giuffre, an Argentine native living in the Chicago area, Authentic Vine was born in late 2019 after she realized how difficult it was to find boutique wines from her home country. What began as a boutique wine importer with self-distribution in Illinois has since evolved into a broader platform serving both producers and consumers.

After five years of hands-on importing and sales, the company paused state distribution operations to focus on imports and expanded services, including brand ambassador work, importer-of-record solutions, and consulting for international small and mid-sized wineries seeking to establish or grow their presence in the United States. Authentic Vine provides tailored support and education across compliance, logistics, and market entry, helping producers navigate the U.S. system with confidence.

Building on this expertise, Josefina also launched Authentic Vine Travel, a division dedicated to wine-focused experiences that curate immersive journeys to the world’s wine regions. These trips are designed for culturally curious travelers and wine professionals who want to discover and experience wine in its true context—through the people, places, and craftsmanship behind it.
