Unoaked. Aged in tank for 6 to 8 months with work on fine lees in order to increase mouthfeel.

Aromas of red  fruits with vegetal and liquorice hints. Red fruit amplify in the mouth. Well structured, soft tannins.

Red fruit dominate nose and palate, hints of black pepper.Aged 8 to 10 months in 225 litre second use French oak barrels, preserving the varietal character of the wine.

 ideal companion for grilled meats, homemade pasta with intensely flavoured sauces and soft, mature cheeses.

The nose is given by the côt, with a great freshness reminiscent of red berries and a floral component that is very present in the Los Chacayes area, along with the Violet. Subtle tannins. Natural acidity of terroir.

With a dark and intense purple color, the wine shows rich black fruit flavors with delicate violet notes. Full bodied, strong character with firm tannins and long persistent finish. 

Bright red fruit flavors with a great complexity of sweet spices, peppers and violets aromas. Their vineyards loamy driven soils allow this wine to achieve 

an intense floral and mineral style, combined with a supple texture and elegant balance.
